All services provided by Infinitum Cleaning are tailored to suit your specific needs within the best timeframe for you. Our services are provided on a one-time, weekly, bi- weekly, monthly and bi-monthly basis. We offer a discount for customers who commit to a weekly service schedule. If you must cancel your scheduled service, we require notice at least one business day in advance.

This is why we provide each of our customers with a customized estimate either by phone, email, contact form or virtual consultation (Zoom). To request a free estimate, please use the best contact preference from the information located on our contact page. Our personalized estimate will ALWAYS include any applicable discounts. Rates will be quoted per person per hour.

Guarantee & Refund Policy
Infinitum Cleaning has a 24 hour warranty from the completion of the cleaning project. If we have missed an area, damaged or broken an item, please call us within that timeframe and we would be more than happy to come out and re-clean the area in question, repair or replace the item at no additional charge.

Infinitum Cleaning does not give monetary refunds, we would prefer to fix the issue in question, and use it as a training opportunity for the maids. Complaints filed after 24 hours of the completion of the project fall outside the warranty period and unfortunately cannot be covered. Infinitum Cleaning will not be held liable for repair or replacement of items broken or damaged due to pre-existing wear and tear or usage.
